Terms & Conditions

  • To maintain the integrity of the show and in an effort to be fair to all those merchants participating, we have adopted a policy of no overall discounting allowed.
  • Any merchant wishing to offer an item on “show special” is free to do so.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Exhibitor request for booth location and/or larger booth size is considered, but not guaranteed.
  • Insurance and liability are the full and sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor indemnities and agrees to hold harmless the show management and their officers, directors, employees and agents, form and against any action losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to exhibitor, his agents, representatives and employees by reason of the exhibitor’s occupancy of or use of the exhibition facilities.
  • Exhibitor agrees to use the exhibition company designated by the promoter. However, exhibitor is allowed to load and unload their booth from their vehicle at this event.
  • This contract is not transferable.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing, posted via mail, fax or email.
  • If the exhibitor cancels, or in the event the show cannot open by act of God, riot, strike, or public enemy, the above deposit and/or any fees paid are not refundable.
  • If the exhibitor cancels within 30 days of show opening, and management is unable to re-sell their booth exhibitor is responsible for full booth fee.
  • Booth sharing our sub-letting is prohibited without the consent of management.
  • Tables must be draped to the floor, unless items under the table are for sale and displayed tastefully.
  • No nailing or affixing any objects to the property of the lessor/owner.
  • No unloading prior to commencement or setup period, and no packing prior to the closing time stated on this contract.
  • All external booth decorations must be fireproof.
  • All exhibitor lighting must be plugged in to the power strips provided.
  • Management retains the right to change these provisions or add others in the interest of safety or protection of property.
  • All merchandise must be removed in a timely fashion Sunday afternoon at the close of show.
  • Vendors using third-party shippers have until Monday to vacate.
